Ritornano le danze d'Israele a Spinea (VE).
In questo incontro verranno proposte le novità più belle del 2018.
Livello minimo richiesto per partecipare al laboratorio : principiante, intermedio...bisogna conoscere almeno i passi basi
 

 

Christiana Katsarou was born in Athens. She studied Greek Literature -Language - Ethnography at the Athens University and Theatre at the Drama School “Kostas Kazakos”. She has been learning greek dancing as a little girl with her family in Peloponnisos and later in greek dancing associations ( Likeion Ellinidon, Ergastiri Tehnis kai Politismou, Dora Stratou, Argonaftes Komninoi, Lingistes k.l.p.) She has followed many dance seminars with specialized "local" dancers and teachers as well as a specialized seminar on rythmology (Dalcroze System with Mrs Arzimanoglou).
Since 1996 she has been working at Hellenic Culture Center teaching greek dances, greek culture and the greek language to foreigners. Moreover, since 2001 she has been teaching greek dancing at the Likeion Ellinidon of Ikaria and presenting performances in Greece and abroad with the performance group of this association showing the ikarian local culture. She has collaborated with the General Secretariat of Youth, teaching for the EVS Youth Programme of the E.U. The last 5 years she has taught dances from Ikaria and other Aegean islands in dance seminars in Greece and abroad. (France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Turkey).
The last 2 years she has been organizing the Ikaria Dance seminar in collaboration with the local people and Christos Theologos ( www.etepo.gr ) in order to enrich knowledge on the Aegean dancing culture (islands –asia minor-cappadocia) and also live the particular dance and custom culture at Easter, a particular period of the year for Greece’s society, during which most Greeks still visit their places of origin all around the country in order to celebrate with the past and present family the spring coming.

 

Verranno proposte  alcune danze dei primi anni 30 anni dello stato di Israele. Il repertorio è come al solito semplice, vario per dare la possibilità a tutti di partecipare. Ho scelto alcune danze che ho già insegnato negli ultimi ventanni di workshop ed alcune mai fatte prima, che vale la pena inserire nelle nostre playlist che usiamo allle feste e nelle harkada.
 

 

Anche quest'anno un ospite di eccezione, direttamente da Israele sarà con noi Yaron Carmel.

Ha iniziato a ballare da ragazzo, ora è uno degli insegnanti più affermati nel mondo delle danze di Israele.

Un'occasione da non perdere, Yaron è in Italia per la prima volta e noi avremo il piacere di ballare con lui.
